    Biscuits and gravy, yummy! And a breakfast sandwich, very tasty. Service was friendly!

    Food was great better then what was expected, service on the other had waitress gave food and disappeared didn't see her till it was time to pay. Cook did check on us and I feel did better then waitress.

    My Travels landed me in Carlin NV. I easily found State Inn Cafe and Bar. Once known for Great Breakfasts, and More. Now, Sat Night is Steak Night! Sweet Red Wine, 7 Moons, and RibEye, Blessed by Robert, Christine, and Chris. Come On Over, Great Food, Great Folks. Bar, Karaoke, Drink Walk, SAT Night.

    Pulled up to the truck stop tired and hungry. Only thing to eat at truck stop was Subway and gas station food. Walked across the street to the cafe. And it was a special night on Friday. Guess they only serve dinner every other Friday and the only thing on the menu is ribeye. ❤️ I must say one of the best Ribeyes, I've had while out on the road. I will definitely need coming back! The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality 😃

    Was hungry in the morning and simply typed “breakfast” in my GPS. This place popped up. Great options, great home cooked meals, and great service.
    Talked to a local that works at a gold mine and he claimed this is the ONLY place for good breakfast around here.
    They also have 24/7 $1 happy hour!!!
    Tequila goes good with French toast!!
