Bambu Sushi / Ramen

Great food. We really enjoyed it. They've done some cute things with the decor, but we weren't crazy about the heavy music.

First visit for us.
Server was exceptional. Food was good and fast. I don't care for the chopsticks. I find it impossible to eat soup noodles with them. Wife says the problem was that I had a mismatched set, one was red and the other was white. I don't think that has anything to do with it.
I look forward to returning to check out the rest of the menu.

Had a take out previously and the Iris sushi was delicious. Then I decided to dine in yesterday and the ordered the Ramen kids bowl and the Iris Sushi. I was so delicious and fresh. Highly recommended. The server was very friendly and patient. Nice spot to enjoy some good music and great authentic sushi and ramen.

This place has been opened for a month and I am glad I finally checked it out! First thing I noticed was the great dance playlist that you expect in a more urban restaurant. That set the mood. My server was super friendly and made recommendations based on my preferences. I ordered the salmon nigiri and maverick roll; both delicious! Happy to have a new business in town that I can feel good about coming back to and recommending to others!

Ordered two bowls of ramen and a roll Pure Joy. The ramens were spicy miso and birria. Birria wasn’t on the menu, it was special. But they really need to add it to menu and serve birria regularly. It was really good. Spicy miso was good too, and the pork belly slices were very generous 1.5” thick of pork belly if stack the two slices together. Other toppings was generous too. I like my ramen loaded😆.
