(December 2, 2019, 4:25 am)This place has amazing potential. the food is good but pricing is almost laughable when it takes over two hours. frequently runs out of drinks and only realise it after the customer has called and asked where their order is . thats due to the fact they cannot meet the customers orders in a timely fasion. for some reason they are having difficulties hiring drivers, keeping drivers or perhaps its staff management in general. There's honestly no excuse. Sadly they seem to be the only option for pizza for many and at this point its cheaper to drive to a farther pizza place 3 stars because this pepperoni pizza with extra cheese is on point.

(September 21, 2019, 11:35 pm)I work in silver springs often. Pizza factory is a fulfilling place to get a bite to eat. The meatball sandwich is the business!. The greek salad is also good. The staff is on top of their customer service. All in all its a great place for a good bite
