Carmelo's Bistro

After a long day hiking in Death Valley, Carmelo’s was just what we needed! The service and food were excellent! We had the lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs and fettuccine alfredo. They were all full of great Italian flavors! The garlic bread and side salads were tasty additions to the meal as well. We ended the meal with cheesecake and chocolate cake and they were the perfect ending to a wonderful meal! Thank you Carmelo’s for serving our family at the end of a long night of service for you. Your service, hospitality and great food were appreciated!

Ordered pizza - it took an hour as they were pretty busy. We sat there for about 15 minutes since we were told 45 and the service was nice and friendly. It also smelled fantastic inside. The pizza was pretty good - the sauce is good, but the pizzas were just barely done - no caramelization of the bottoms at all and very little on the toppings. All in all though, still tasty.

Great dining experience and decor! Excellent tasting food. Husband had spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatball. He's a picky eater and loved the taste. I had the really yummy lasagna!!! Mike had the angel hair pasta with pesto sauce. We all enjoyed salad and garlic bread prior to our main course. The semisweet Moscato was the best tasting wine! Thanks for a delicious meal. We will be back.

Went with a large group. Place is small, but they accommodated us, no problem. Great service and the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Really fresh ingredients - sausage, onion, garlic and tomato. Really light, delicious sauce that lets you taste all the other flavors, especially the cheese…soo good! Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.
