Lakeside Cafe

There's a limit to what restaurants are available in this town, so you need to take them for what they are. The cafe here is very basic, but to their credit, they put the effort in to provide a decent offering. For instance, the chef salad I ordered had the meat rolled to provide something that looked good and not just thrown together. The other dishes we had, were also done nicely too. This is not fine dining, but a basic cafe that does a pretty decent job of what they do.

The staff was nice and courteous service was great and the food was really good. I recommend having breakfast there or lunch.

I was Feelin' a club sandwich with fries and this choice came packed with a punch. It was flavorful and it was huge. I could only eat one wedge.
The french fries were presented in a little brown baggy which made them even better. My only regret was that I didn't have a Lil bowl of Clam Chowder.
Our server, Michael was very attentive and we were happy with his service.
This restaurant has a good variety of choices. For me...next will be a French Dip!

I had the prime rib dinner for just $17. It was a huge and deliciously tender hunk of meat cooked exactly the way I ordered. It came with a baked potato with all the fixings, fresh green beans not overcooked, and either soup or salad. I had to bring half the meal home because it was so much but tasted too good to leave behind.

James was Wonderful! He really made our experience 💥 the food was incredible, had to be the BEST burger we've ever had! The garden salad was so fresh & tasty, the vegetable soup was so tasty. Quite smokey but that's a casino for you. The prices are wonderful too.
