After a day of travel and an afternoon nap, we decided to stay close to the hotel for dinner.
Service was a little slow, but we were in no rush and didn't mind.
I ordered the steak fajitas, with corn tortillas because of my gluten allergy. It was served with a side plate of sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes and a couple of limes.
I would have liked to have some shedded cheese, lettuce and salsa personally.
The food came out pipping hot, even the tortillas. The sizzling skillet had a rice, bean, corn mixture that was entirely over cooked, hard, burnt rice. I asked for another side, it was a lot better texturally but still bland and just not hitting the mark. Some cold wet salsa would have helped.
The steak itself was delicious, I ordered it medium rare, and it was well seasoned I asked for mushrooms in place of the Bell peppers it comes with and they kindly obliged.
My husband ordered the crispy fish tacos with a side of French fries. He didn't care for the fries, but the tacos he really enjoyed! The tacos were battered and a nice large fish serving in each taco, topped with a chimichurri aioli, which we got an extra side of, it was good, but definitely mayo heavy.
Our server offered us a scoop of ice cream, for dessert, something he knew I could have-- they dont offer any gluten free desserts on their menu. It was a kind gesture and very thoughtful.
The bar did look like a cool place to have a drink, maybe next time.
Awesome place to eat. Great atmosphere super great service. Kata was our server she was great. Food was very good little pricey but worth it
Good food and music. Fun place to visit while at the casino.
Gambling at the Hyatt was horrible, but the food at Cutthroat's was pretty good. We had the brisket/ grilled cheese with tomato bisque, the chicken wings, and the chopped salad and all were tasty. Service was very good.
Great experience! It took a few minutes for a seat to open up, but it was well worth the wait. Erica was great and made awesome drinks! The food was stellar - calamari to start was really good! I got a soup and salad - amazing! Husband got a chicken club which was also on point. Definitely recommend!
