Claim Jumper

I usually love this place .
But went for my daughter's bday. And the food came out over cooked.
But the service was awesome and got a huge piece of cake that all 4 shared

Our server was on top of his game.

Calamari for our appetizer- delicious and a big plate full. I ordered a calzone, easily enough for 2, possibly even 3. Ribs were good, and we had a sandwich dip.
We had a birthday in our group and they bought us (free) a slice of their ???? ?????

My girlfriend and I both had filet which was tender, although we could have done without the added butter- or at least it could come on the side. Immediately on entering we noticed the restaurant was surprisingly cold, and we almost chose another place to eat. We should have. Claudia was great and, to her credit, said she requested the air to be adjusted. I believe her to be truthful but the A/C never quit blasting. Claudia could tell that the temperature never improved and gave us 10% off. A sweet gesture but the fact remains that we were so uncomfortably cold that it was impossible to truly enjoy our meals. I didn’t really expect her to offer to turn down/off the air, but when it was offered- I expected it to take place. I would wager a guess that it was set around 65, or lower. I have worked in restaurants before and know that it’s nice to have it cold when you’re in the kitchen or doing strenuous tasks but this was another level. It made enough of an impression for me to write this review, if that says anything.

One of my favorites since I was little! Big food. Very good quality! Try the huge cake slice with family or friends! It's too big for one person! ????

The serving sizes are big!! Come hungry. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The only downer was the wait time to be seated and then to get our food was pretty long. When our food did come it all tasted great!!
