Del Taco

They serve good tacos and burritos and burgers and fries here are great.

You can never go wrong with del taco. Had the 8 player beyond beef and I had chili on my fries and my boyfriend had the avocado beyond beef taco and California beyond beef burrito and we were so satisfied. It truly did not taste different than actual meat.

Love the new beyond meat tacos. I am excited to try the burritos. It nice that even fast food can be cautious of what we put in our mouth.

Absolutely terrible service, never gets orders right and has a girl at front that has no idea how to take orders, I said I wanted the 2 for 5 burritos 1 del beef and 1 spicy chicken no beans...the spicy chicken burrito was all beans...idiot new girl in the front.

Update: 3 stars they have been doing a lot better!

I've always been a big fan of Del Taco.
They have several options for vegetarians so I'm usually happy to go there.
I was so excited to find out they now have Beyond tacos "finally" I thought, "I can have fast food tacos"!
HOWEVER they're bad, really bad. No other way to put it but they suck! It's not the Beyond meat because I've had that and it's pretty good. The problem is the seasoning, it's weird tasting and not in that "try something new" kind of way.
I had my wife try it to compare them to the meat ones and she didn't like it either, she thought it tasted weird too, NOT like b the meat ones at all.
Instead of using the seasoning that people already know and love, they went in a different and regrettably bad direction. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't eat them, but I won't be ordering them again and that's too bad. I really wanted to like them, I was so happy to have a new choice there.
My theory is they want these to fail so they can say "see, we tried veggie options and people didn't order them". Because it's so bad and weird I can't see how this would have passed taste testing unless they wanted a negative outcome.
