Grand Sierra Resort and Casino

I loved my room and honestly was surprised how nice it was I was kicking myself, thinking wow all this for me? It felt so nice to have a big bathroom and bedroom just so classy and comfortable. *I was on the 22 floor not their regular floors* view and everything 2 different rooms bedroom and bar room with lounge chairs. Also loved the scents of the lotions and etc.

Check in was a breeze, our room was clean and quiet, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. I’ve stayed here off and on over the years, and this was by far my best visit yet. There are plenty of dining options and other things to do to keep you entertained. Being away from the downtown makes the area around the property less congested. This is my definite go to hotel when I stay in Reno!

This is our 3rd time staying. This time we went with an executive suite. The room was nice. It is only about 1/2 the size bigger than a regular room with a couch and 2 TVs.
When we arrived we ate at round table, because of the buffet for $12 I believe. In the hour we were thier. They only out out 3 pizzas, 2 orders of garlic twists and 1 order of cinnamon twists. Beyond the lack of selection. The pizza was good.
We then went to hit some golf balls at the driving range. Always fun! Then spent some time at the pool which is nice. They have a 21 and older pool above with a bar.
All in all this was my best experience with The Grand Sierra and we will be back!

How do you run out of towels 35 minutes before the pool is closed? How do you not run continuous laundry in a facility like this? The pool manager A. Moreno either didn't care or wasn't given enough authority to escalate. Nice views. I like the high water pressure at the RV park. Fantastic brunch buffet.
