Initially, when I first moved to Reno about 7 years ago this bakery/coffee shop was AMAZING especially on Valentines day! Sadly, the more popular it has become the lower quality on some of the bakery items offered. Like rancid almonds in a cowboy cookie that was supposedly freshly made.

    GOOD food but EXPENSIVE!

I ordered a malted mocha from the menu which said $4.00 and the cashier charged me $4.50! I said to him, "it's says Malted Milk Mocha - $4.00 right here on the menu" then he said, "well I can take the malt off" and I said "no, the malt is why I want it". URG! I know it's only .50 cents, but it irked me right from the start and for being a first time customer. Also, the size of the mocha was tiny too, maybe only 10 oz. Call me thrifty.

Then I ordered the Greek Wrap, which was VERY good and I really liked the salad and dressing it came with. The downside was that the wrap was pretty small as well for $9.00. All in all my total for a wrap and mocha was $15.50 - kind of crazy considering I could have bought a wrap anywhere else for a lot less.

However -- the spinach tortilla was extremely fresh and quite spinach-y, probably the best spinach tortilla I have ever had. The food they serve tasted healthy with high quality ingredients, so I am a fan of that.

Next time I will just order food and not a fancy coffee drink :( or just a cooke - duh!

There's a kind of honesty and integrity that few places live. Homage is one of those rare institutions that oozes integrity and quality. Of course they have unique and delicious everythings. You can get those details from other reviewers. The point I want to make is - these folks are for real - you can trust them and their products. It's a breath of fresh air.

Amazing. My boyfriend took me here for the first time last weekend, as it is one of his favorite spots. We split the gobbler and pumpkin lentil soup and let me just say it was outstanding. Perfect meal and tea for the fall. Can't wait to go back and try a few other items I was eyeing on the menu.
