Great place for a group. My wife and I went for our anniversary and met a couple of nice families seated at our table. Food was good and our chef was entertaining.
Honestly? It was hands down one of the best places I've ever been. We paid to get one of their top chefs for our table, he was very funny, laid back, relaxed, as if he has been doing this since he was a child. An absolute madlad he was. The food was amazing, tasted very excellent and delicious. The only thing I'd say that needed work was the Calamari, it was quite rubbery but the taste was still outstanding!
Great job Ichiban Reno crew! I felt at was from the moment Sheridan answered the phone and took my reservation. It's difficult to sound excited over the phone when I'm sure she does that dozens of times every evening but she was great. Quan was our server and he was spot on. Friendly, funny, and efficient. I think he handled 4 tables but I never had to wait to get my drinks refilled or my questions answered. Chris was on the grill and he did a wonderful job. The performance was pretty standard. The food was well seasoned and tasty. It's easy to over-salt, but the food this evening had great flavor with "just enough" salt. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I would definitely return.
Dinner and a show! The staff was friendly and our cook was a skilled entertainer and craftsman of the grill. The food was absolutely mouthwatering, the portion size was huge, and my entire experience was nothing short of awesome. I've been here many times and it never fails to satisfy. I highly recommend stopping by.
