Came on a late Saturday morning with my boyfriend. It wasn’t particularly busy and we ordered a cappuccino and two bagels. Got the cappuccino pretty quickly but we waited and waited for the bagels. We have ourselves plenty of time to stop and get food but my boyfriend had to get to work and we had been sitting there for over 20 minutes and still didn’t get our bagels. If it had been more busy or a more complex order I would have understood, but unfortunately this is a regular experience I have here. I went to the counter to ask if it was coming soon and was told the ticket got lost, which is possible but again, I’ve had multiple experiences like this. I could also the the guy doing the bagels in the back did not seem like he wanted to be there and was doing everything as slowly as possible. I like Rounds, but I hate the customer service I receive every time I come.

Don't live in Reno, but always try to stop here on the way through. Great donuts/cronuts! And really good breakfast bagels (get the "Hot Mess")! It's quiet and not overly crowded. Seriously recommended!

Skip Starbucks, Denny's, McDonald's. THIS is a fantastic breakfast stop. Delicious bagels, yummy sandwiches. My only regret is not trying a coffee, but there's always next time we're on Reno.

So far the breakfast bagels we ate were super yummy, one with sausage one with bacon. Bagels' texture was perfect. I wasn't so happy with their breakfast burrito. Especially because I asked for no salsa on the inside (as it was for my 4 year old) and there was a ton of it. And it was too spicy for me to even eat..
    But the donuts look yummy.

I visited Rounds Bakery for the first time today and was extremely impressed with everything from the first walk in the door (the ambiance is amazing) to the service I received when I was finished with my breakfast. I walked in, only waited about 1-2 minutes in line, and had my choices picked and ready to order. I got two donuts and a coffee, and the donuts are generously sized and delicious. My large mocha was quite delicious too and lasted long enough. When your items are ready, they call your name and even bring it to you once they see where you are located. When I was finished with my breakfast, a very sweet team member came over to me and asked me how everything was as she picked up my trash. I told her everything was delicious and a thank you. She also thanked me. I was here on my iPad for about 2 hours and continued to witness the hospitality and organized flow of service. They kept the lines short and seemed to take care of people quickly but courteously too. I even overheard them suggesting some of their menu items to a lady in line in front of me when I was waiting. I have no complaints about this service or visit. I plan to return, as much as possible.
