Gao's Noodle House

Gao's is easily is easily among the best places in the area for Vietnamese food. Their pho is among the top three that I've had in the Reno/Sparks area. Their vermicelli bowls and rice plates are good as well. Their Chinese options are also really good, though I haven't tried as many of those. The owner and staff are very friendly and the service is always good. They have a decent variety of boba, but it is the powdered kind that you find at most places in this area. That said, it's still good, and better than many of the other restaurants around here that also offer powdered milk tea.

We have known Gao for years and it's so nice to see her start her own place. I had the Mongolian Tofu and it was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Hard to nail two different cuisines, but Gao's Noodle House did just that! The owner is Chinese but she's got the approval from a native Vietnamese on their Viet side of the menu! Also tried their Chinese dishes, which were full of mouth-watering aromas and flavors. I expected no less from a business run by conscientious people.

Food was great, service was better. Will return again and again for authentic delicious food.
