Fast service and clean. Glad that it has reopened and is near where I live

I was taking my sister to the dentist and its lunch time I get it. We were the first ones in and Melody was amazing. She helped us as her co-worker went on break and grabbed all the tips in the tip jar, walking out of the store and which baffles me because he was literally on camera. some small things happened like not having lettuce and the line built to where it was ok only her and to have 4 people behind us and she still had to finish our sandwiches and pay us out. All the while theres what I assume their district manager or someone of higher management sitting in their lobby watching this go down and typing on his computer. It frustes me when someone that has to manage that many people by herself as shes an older woman that cant get around too well and turn around to see someone in management not jumping onboarding to help their associates. To me and my ethics this is wrong. Thank you so much Melody for the excellent customer service .
