Taco Bell

Because I'm a T-Mobile customer they partnered with Taco Bell who gives me one free taco every Tuesday. I take advantage of that every week. This requires me to place my order on Taco Bells on-line service. When I get to Taco Bell after placing my order they are suppose to have it ready when I arrive at a predetermined time through my online order. I have been going every Tuesday for the last 17 weeks and they only had my order ready ONCE. They do not know how to use their own online ordering system. A few times they couldn't locate my order on their computer even as I was showing them the original order numbers and the texts they sent me saying my order was ready for pick up. A lot of frustration for a free taco. I will say that on the times they couldn't pull up or find my order they honored the free taco offer as quickly as they could.

Absolutely loved the experience. I was very impressed with the teamwork and the store manager during the evening shift last night. Store manager picked up a broom and helped while the rest of the crew were on each side of the line during dinner rush. Was clean, whole crew worked as a team, food was very visually pleasing, portions were spot on, and the employees were friendly enough. Suggest this Taco Bell over the ones in Carson city.

Food is great and rarely ever have my orders messed up but the wait can be brutal at times. The staff is great and friendly but that wait is what really sticks with you most when you head out.
