Taco Bell

Food is good. The staff is always good. But they have these two new kiosk they are practically forcing you to use. It should be an option not a requirement. Last time I insisted on the counter but the girl insisted on putting my order in at the kiosk. I pay cash. Guess what, we ended up back at the counter anyway. If they continue to try and force using the kiosk on me I will stop coming in. Eveyone while I was sitting here eating were very against using the kiosk. Today was the first time someone refused to and walked out. A lost customer. Most people do not like them, proven by another chain that uses them but they do not force customers to use them. Well see next time what happens. If I dont get my order taken at the counter it will be my last visit to this Taco Bell.

The Taco Bell in Sun Valley has been remodeled. My last visit (quite a while ago) was a less than pleasant experience with one of the crew members. But todays visit was great. The lady at the counter was personable and pleasant. The cook also actually came out and replaced my sons nacho fries for fresh ones. So the experience was actually more pleasant than I had expected to be quite honest. Some work is still being done inside it seems. But if our experience is to be the norm. It will not unduly affect your visit.

I am not happy with Taco Bells move to lose the encherito off their menu. It has been my reason to visit Taco Bell for over 30 years and may not ever go back again. I know all things change but losing my favorite item, teasing with the wet burrito, then nothing makes it clear to me I need to move on.
