(September 27, 2023, 1:32 pm)Chef Ali Gonzalez is a culinary master. He catered an unforgettable birthday party at my home in the beautiful White Mountains of NH. He and his team orchestrated a food extravaganza. Starting off with amazing apps; Wasabi Tuna on wontons, Mini crab cakes with spicy aioli, followed by Grilled Snake River Wagyu Tomahawk Steaks with Bourbon BBQ Glaze, Baked Chilean Sea Bass with phyllo and Roasted Red Pepper Coulis and yummy accompaniments. The final Opus was my birthday cake. Out of this world!!! Thanks Chef Ali❤️

(September 2, 2023, 12:32 am)Chef Ali Gonzalez created an amazing luncheon for our company, Battery Systems. His attention to detail and gourmet creations were breathtaking. He even took the time to include a vegetarian meal for one of our employees who felt like a VIP in a five star restaurant. The gourmet cookies and brownies were the talk of the afternoon. The presentation for a luncheon was truly elegant. Chef Ali always surprises and never disappoints when it comes to his company and service. The client always feels special!
