“Chef Ali Gonzalez is a culinary master. He catered an unforgettable birthday party at my home in the beautiful White Mountains of NH. He and his team orchestrated a food extravaganza. Starting off with amazing apps; Wasabi Tuna on wontons, Mini crab cakes with spicy aioli, followed by Grilled Snake River Wagyu Tomahawk Steaks with Bourbon BBQ Glaze, Baked Chilean Sea Bass with phyllo and Roasted Red Pepper Coulis and yummy accompaniments. “Upgraded us to a suite for free. Roomy and comfortable room with a large deck. Big windows afforded a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. Beds were super comfy. Free DVD rentals at front desk. The kids loved the arcade and the pool. Only downsides were the noisy neighbors and we wish we had more time for a longer stay. Very nice hotel and grounds.”

“By far the best Steak Frittes I've ever had. Perfectly prepared, flavorful, fork tender with a beautiful char. My wife had the Filet Mignon and it too was delicious, well prepared and presented. Her truffle mashed potatoes were extremely tasty with a great consistency and my fries were crispy, tender and well seasoned. Our fourth time eating here and each time our meals were exemplary. Highly recommend...”
