Delicious, home style breakfasts. Friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere.
We ordered 2 pies, 1 blueberry and 1 strawberry peach for a lobster bake we had scheduled. The pies were devoured by our guests.
I don't think it gets any better than this.

Good food and more menu options then most diners, however no fancy specials, some order errors, and be prepared for long wait. A relaxing and friendly small diner with a bar over looking the grill. Arrived mid-morning Monday with a few open tabled available so no waiting for a table. Took a little time to review the menu, maybe 5 minutes, and order the Chef Omelet with hash browns and homemade English muffin, and Florentine Benedict with hash browns. 35 minutes later the food finally arrived. Florentine Benedict looked excellent however it’s English muffin was burnt and was discarded . The Chef Omelet was large and reminded me of Troy Hill House Omelet which is one of my favorite, however it could have used more cheese to help keep it together and give it more moisture. Also the Chef Omelet order received homemade bread instead of grilled homemade English muffin as order. After asking the waitress, she stated they were out of homemade English muffin and offered a regular English muffin which I agreed too and asked for it to be well-done like a clay pigeon. The English muffin arrived quickly but not well-done. It also occurred to me after receiving the regular English muffin that the Florentine Benedict English muffin was not homemade but a regular muffin too. Why didn't the staff let us know there was no homemade English muffins? The hash browns were cooked perfectly. Maybe this was an off day for the staff after a busy weekend, but it was not what I was expecting from a place with so many five stars reviews.

Want some delicious hometown food? This is the place with lots of homemade breads, everything cooked just right... get some extra muffins to go! Small place where every is relaxed and friendly. Good service included!!! My favorite breakfast spot... maybe would should go tomorrow... :P

Food and service is excellent. The wait staff is courteous and friendly. They always have a smile. The food is great, and they have no problem with custom orders. They always laugh when my wife and I order, and they always get it right. Can't miss for a hard breakfast. Get a muffin to go, you won't regret it.
