Nolans Brick Oven Bistro

Pretty casual place with a nice open interior. The bar is right in the center of everything and it kind of brings the place together. Food was really good and they have a really nice variety in the types of food they serve.

If you are passing through Wolfeboro give Nolan's a try. A handful of NH craft brews on tap, a fun menu, and friendly staff. It's a small place so if your arrive after 6:00 p.m. expect a wait.

Fantastic food, service and prices. The waits to sit and be served were incredibly short even when they had a line out the door.

I believe one can judge an Italian restaurant by the quality of the Chicken Parmesan. The chicken was so tender I could cut it with a fork, the breading was lightly seasoned, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The marinara was well done, spicy yet sweet. You'll want to save your bread for dunking in the leftover sauce. I can fairly say this is a great place to eat, with a warm deco scheme that brings to mind the sensation of sitting inside an old wine barrel.
