Curry Indian Restaurant and Groceries

Dint have much expectations far out in the country but the food was fresh and yummy! The lady was very accommodating gave us fresh yogurt too! Which made it the perfect comfort food for dinner!! Highly recommend ????????

Food was really good so I gave it three stars for the food. It was very authentic. They were very friendly and helpful and take pride in their food. They lose one star for cleanliness as everything here looked like it needed some scrubbing. They lose another star for prices. It cost us about fifty dollars for lunch for two here and we were served on plastic plates. Way to high. We have another authentic Indian restaurant we visit in another town that is full service with liwwr prices. It's to bad because the food was really good.

We go to this restaurant for take out anywhere between 1-3 times a week, so that itself should say enough about how authentic their food is! We love Indian dishes and have tried many places over the years in the Keene area... And quite honestly... No place compares. Great owners, good price and always freshly made.

Curry is good. It is fresh each day but not made to order but the price is right and it's perfect for takeout. The highlight is the fresh nan bread the owners wife makes in the back right as he serves you. Best bread ever. If I am cooking my own curry I stop here just to get bread. The owner is a great guy. He could talk the hind legs off a donkey. He reminds me of the street traders in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. He's a real salesman and I don't mean that in a bad way. He's pleasant and hilarious. I always order about half of what I actually want because I know he is going to convince me to buy about twice that amount. The rice pudding is delicious. It will change the way you think about rice pudding forever. Excellent food for the price and a fantastic environment in this family owned small business. Honestly talking to the owner is half the experience. He takes customer service to a whole new level.
