    Fresh dark roast is nice when certain staff are working. Sometimes cold

    Love this place.. Its quick or you can sit and enjoy.. Can be busy at times, but staff members are usually good about keeping up and working together. I'm a regular. They know my order by my voice or by my order itself....wonderful people.

    Love how it's on my way to Keene or home but the last two times I went thru my coffee has tasted like water. I called and they said bring in the coffee and I will get a new one. Who I talked to didn't even let me finish saying it was from the night before. Sometimes they are rude and sometimes they are very nice. I feel like some of them just don't understand customer service.
