The place looks great. It's very cozy and just neat to look at. The brown sugar cinnamon cappuccino is a must try. The food was great, but the potatoes were not warm when the food came to my table. It tasted really good, and the potatoes were the only food that wasn't warm. The breakfast sandwich was great. The place was not packed, but it took a long time for our food and coffee to come out. I think it is worth the wait, though. The prices were very fair and affordable for a breakfast stop. I had the monsignor sandwich, and my boyfriend had the sausage and bearscuits. Both dishes were tasty. The waitress was very nice and bubbly.
What a breath of fresh air this place is! Exactly what the Gorham area needs! I had the chicken salad sandwich and tomato cheddar soup, and oh my god...I want to swim in the soup. The meal was amazing, reasonably priced, and the staff were so friendly and casual. 10/10 experience, definitely going to bring more people here!
We stopped in for a delicious late lunch just before closing. Overall the food was very good and the service was great. The beer bread toast is an experience in itself - very good. The sausage gravy has a very unique, almost southwest spin, but it was tasty. The Benny and the Eggs was very good, though my ham edges were a bit over done - not enough of a dealbreaker to take away a star though. Loved the decor, very well done. This place had HUGE shoes to fill when it took over the space that formerly housed SALT - and they do not disappoint.
We drove from Maine to Vermont to have a look at the beautiful changing leaves. We saw this place on our route and stopped by for some lunch. It is a very cozy place and decorated so nicely.
The menu is somewhat small, but offers good quality options. I ordered the Jasper Hogan Hodgepodge and my husband got the Applewood BLT.
The food not only looked great when it came out, it was really fresh and tasty as well. The only thing I did not like was the coffee I ordered. It was just over the top for me.
Service was friendly and their prices are great. If you want to try out a nice little place in Gorham, NH to get a bite to eat, you might want to give these folks a try. I'm really glad we did!
This is definitely the best restaurant we have ever been to, and we go to some nice places. So much care is put into every aspect of the place. The food, the decor, and the service. We got the mimosa flight, which was so delicious and unique, with gourmet cookies and herbs. The eggs benedict which was so tasty and complex, and the wild mushroom and spinach omelette. Delicious mushrooms!
We will definitely be back! Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates good food.
