I just was not impressed with food. I had the bruschetta appetizer and shrimp fettuccini type dinner..it wasn't that good. Did find a new VT cider beer which was very good!! -

The service is excellent, the food is inventive yet accessable, the drinks are outrageous, and the downstairs bar is a wonderful cold weather hideaway. This is the kind of restaurant where one can take an old friend, a first date, or the in-laws. The owner, Jodey, is a welcoming and gregarious host and a living North Country legend. Everybody should stop in for a meal when traveling route 302, every season offers different charms in this spot, and every evening offers fresh memories of good food, good location, and good people!!
