Bristol House of Pizza

Our family of 6 arrived at Bristol House of Pizza for dinner just after 8PM on Monday night not realizing that the restaurant was closing shortly. The manager allowed us to be seated in the dining room which closes at 8 PM. We had family visiting from Florida and had been talking all day about how good the food is. We told the person who greeted us that we would be so disappointed if we could not stay for dinner. Our server, Michelle B was very pleasant and accommodating even though she was at the end of a long and busy shift. She made sure that we had everything we wanted and provided excellent service. We were not rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy our meals. Many thanks to Michelle and the BHOP staff for making our visit memorable. The food was delicious and the service outstanding!

Food is always good here, but the service is not. They tell you to order online and use the express online pick up line in the store but usually that area isn't staffed. Everyone is so busy that no one welcomes you even if you're two feet away.

The prices are very reasonable. There is a good variety: salad, pizza, sandwiches. It's a great option for the whole family. It's casual dress and they do take out. The first came quickly. The service was just ok.

The food is always amazing. There fast and really care about their customers. You can pick up, get delivery, or eat in their dining area. My waitress came right over, no waiting she was polite and answered all my questions. I would deffinitely recommend this place to anyone.
