    I had the the salmon like I have for all the times I've been there. It was just as delicious today as I remember it was the first time.

    We love Doug’s new venture! The restaurant is cozy and friendly and of course, the food is spectacular. Looking forward to many meals there.

    Chef Doug catered our wedding years ago, the food was amazing then and Kitchen 56 food is amazing now.

    My wife and I both got lobster rolls recently, they were fresh, heaping with lobster and we're perfectly flavored.

    Kitchen 56 has done a great job opening while simultaneously dealing with the pandemic. Everytime I've picked up food the staff were wearing masks and we're very helpful/courteous.

    Would highly recommend!
