Service subpar

the baristas are usyally really friendly, sometimes they mess up an order or forget something but thats really rare

Great Store and manager. Everyone at this location is very friendly and fond of every customer that walks through the door unlike going to the West Lebanon location where I and others seemed to be judged and unwanted.

Update: customer service, bathroom cleanliness and WIFI have all declined in the past year. That coupled with the parking which is harder to come by, make this location less desirable than its counter part in Lebanon.

This is now one of two locations in the Upper Valley and the original location. The place can be a good work camping spot especially if you get one of the nook tables or single tables, of which they now have a few.

WiFi is consistent and strong (unlike location in West Lebanon).

Service can be slow at peak hours and the line can be quite long. Most baristas are pretty impersonal with few exceptions.

Can be busy at times so it can get noisy and finding a seat is not always easy. Another downside for this location is finding parking and having to pay for it since there is no dedicated parking lot or structure..
