Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta

Finally a restaurant with great Italian food located in the White Mountains. From the roasted garlic appetizer to the Frutti di Mare, the food and quantity are sensational.. When you first see the prices it seems high, but each meal comes with salad, bread and enough food for two meals, possibly three. They got me as repeat customer.

This place is amazing!! My only complaint would be most of the main dishes have seafood. I wish they had more chicken and beef options, but the one's they do have our phenomenal.

Speaking for myself and one other, we both had the Ziti Bolognese. While the portions are large the flavors where off. Way to Peppery. And one pan had a chunk of burger 1/2 the size of my hand. Definitely a rustic attempt at a Bolognese. The Butternut Squash Ravioli was well liked. As well as a Chicken and pasta with Alfredo dish. The drinks were another story. My Mule was mostly ice and very weak, and wife's wine was not what was ordered. I understand that these are tough times, but way over priced.

Worth every penny. I’m a food delivery driver, and one of my customers happens to be Jimmy Seas. I don’t often go out to eat at the establishments that I deliver to. But when I walked into this place for the first time? I knew I had to try it out. The owner Will takes such pride in the product that he puts out that he refused fresh seafood that I was bringing because they weren’t PERFECT to his standard. He then drove himself to Boston and got his product fresh off the boat. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re having a five star meal at a friend’s house. If you don’t go here then you’re missing out.

Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere is cozy and nice! The owner/cook Will and the bartender Chelsea were absolutely amazing and friendly! Definitely recommend!
