Fryer Truck is a religious experience. The food is delicious and the ambiance, unique. I haven't had everything on the menu yet but what I have had is exceptional. I am a nut about fish and chips and these are right up there with the best I have ever had. The burgers of made of the tastiest beef, the fries are home-cut and sumptuous, the thin-cut onion rings melt in your mouth. And how many restaurants of any sort have soaring eagles to look at while you eat. But for truck food, Fryer Truck is as good as it comes.
