Great customer service and great ice cream!
I was greeted pleasantly as I entered, given plenty of time to make a decision, and the server answered my inquiry very helpful when I was torn between Coconut Almond Fudge Chunk and Coconut 7 Layer Bar (he recommended getting both on my cone - good choice). I was offered a bowl with my cone, as it was a very warm/humid day. I replied no thank you, I really enjoy the cone as a cone. To my pleasure, he scooped from the firmest corners of the container, netting me a perfectly structured cone. I was able to eat it drip free (a fun challenge) while walking back to work and enjoying the sights of the Manchester Millyard.

Small shop. Good quality Ice cream, BUT in a congested area, it's very hard to find parking unless you want to walk around the block. Also, they didn't have a very large selection, but I enjoyed the fact that there were freezers where you could purchase packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes to take home.

I initially posted a negative review because I was very unhappy with the cookies that were delivered. Although they were okay tasting, they really weren't " fresh baked cookies" like the description said. Upon seeing my negative review the owner of the store actually refunded my money and really took the initiative to fix it. That's good business. I applaud them.

Who doesn't love this ice cream? So many yummy flavors to choose from! The staff here are always helpful and friendly... and patient with my daughter who almost never can make a decision without a sample or two. And, they even cater... ice cream parties!!

The ice cream was delicious of course. But the employee that helped us was truly amazing. To say it quite simply he really loved ice cream and his job. He was very informative. He knew which flavors were available in cartons and which were exclusive to the store. We were also incredibly indecisive and he had all the patience in the world. He was the ideal employee.
