For years I pigeonholed Mint as a sushi bar...boy was I wrong. The girlfriend finally convinced me to go and it was probably the best meal out I've had so far this year. The service and atmosphere was perfect, and I cannot wait to go back to try more of their menu as I had such a hard time deciding. Make sure to ask for Chris to serve you on your visit.

Great date night restaurant, especially if you're into sharing. Also, their happy hour is a good deal ($3 drafts and buy one get one half off sushi and tapas).

A great dining experience. Mint Bistro offers a fusion experience in that you can order from the sushi or traditional menu or both. They also offer a Tapas menu which pairs with the sushi menu well. The sushi is excellent with the fish being the star of the show. The space can sometimes be a bit loud if there are boisterous diners. Mint has a popular bar were you can sit to eat as well as enjoy a cocktail.

I am very picky about restaurants, it's very rare that I give an excellent rating Mint Bistro deserves nothing less. We had an excellent evening there. Before we ever get there they take reservations - Hallelujah I've lived in New England for 4 years, yet to understand the locals willingness to stand out in the street in frigid temps waiting for a table. When we arrived the greeter looked genuinely pleased to see us; escorted us through the busy restaurant to our table. Our excellent waiter, showed up at just the right point, his timing throughout the evening was impeccable. Drinks were brought, another huge tick, the barman knows how to make a "proper" gin and tonic, we Brits are as picky about our G&Ts as we are about our tea.
