I love Republic! I’ve been coming here for years. High quality local food and lots of vegetarian options. Also accommodating to vegans.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they god rid of the cashew ricotta... and I loved that stuff! It was so good on the flatbread as well as the veggie burger. I hope they bring it back!

Absolutely delicious. Phenomenal drinks and their food is fantastic. Highly recommend their paninis and salads. Favorite drink was by far the C&C ????

Incredible! Every dish has been absolutely to die for. I love that they offer really interesting non-alcoholic spritzers as well. Best restaurant in Manchester, and the fact that they source from local farmers is a huge bonus.

Have been here twice. Both times were good experiences. Good selection of food, quality ingredients. Kids weren't a huge fan, but it's great for adults. A small menu which is kind of nice for once when compared to other places with dozens of options and mediocre food quality.

I love Republic. The menu is creative and always changing. They have limited vegan options, however the ones they do have are always delicious. Really unique cocktails too, along with great views and a industrial chic setting.
