Absolutely outstanding. Josh showed up right as scheduled, was setup in just a few minutes, with everything needed to feed everyone at the party. And the food was fantastic! Plenty for everyone and very tasty. Almost everyone asked who had done the catering and I hope all who inquired take advantage of of the food and service that Josh offers. Josh catered my backyard party for 40 or more guests. We chose the drop off option and ordered the brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken with sides. I have to tell you, the food was absolutely amazing. My wife and I received numerous effusive compliments with requests for the name of the caterer. And while all of the food was top notch, the brisket was spectacular - I've had BBQ from lots of places locally and around the country and this was as good or better than any I've had. Great food, great value, great service. Give Josh and 603 Smok'n Que a call - you will be absolutely delighted! Now I need an excuse for another party....

The place offers an awesome variety of fresh food. I liked dining here. Employees are always nice, prices are reasonable and the place is always kept clean.

603 just recently catered our wedding and I don't even know where to start!! Everything was incredible, the food, the employees, the whole deal! The venue owner even spoke to us the next day about how impressed she was by their services. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We just had our second graduation party catered by Josh at 603 Smok'n Que. He is great to work with! He'll tailor your menu needs to whatever you're looking for. His service is great and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend him for any party needs. And be sure to get the smoked chicken thighs--yummy!!!
