Buckleys Bakery & Cafe

My favorite cafe— if you are in town, this is a must-visit. The seasonal coffees are creative and eye-catching, the pastries are delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff are sweet and attentive. My only drawback, which is at no fault of the establishment (and thus isn’t impacting my rating) is how noisy the upstairs seating area can be— I no longer stay to enjoy my order due to how loud the other patrons often are. It is difficult to maintain a conversation in that setting or focus on a task.

Sort of small, and unfortunately most customers ignore the sign to enter a certain way or take a number to be helped. Customers seem to be snobby and most concerned about cutting in front of people... HOWEVER the food here is absolutely fantastic, and the customer service is always top notch. I love their blue berry antioxidant smoothie, everything they make is fresh and made from delicious ingredients.

If you have time, and aren't grabbing on-the-go, I would highly recommend taking a few minutes and relaxing upstairs in their beautiful lounge. The atmosphere is charming and rustic- and there is a fire place to keep you warm in the winter.

Staff is friendly and ready to serve. Food and drinks are awesome. Notice on duty first responders get a free cup plus 10% for military ????

Decent coffee. Sandwich components were also very good but would be a lot better if they did not use yesterday's bread to make it. Could not get over the stale bread in what was otherwise a really good breakfast sandwich. Cost: 1 Americano + 1 Egg/Bacon Sandwich = $8

Went here last weekend for a cake tasting for our upcoming wedding and we were blown way! LeeAnna did an amazing job - she was friendly, accommodating, and took her time with us (unlike other bakeries we went to where we were rushed in and out of the shop in 20 minutes). We told her that we need a gluten-free dairy-free option and on the spot she went and spoke to the bakers and the figured out a solution right then and there. Not only are their cakes and food delicious, their customer service is top-notch. We really felt like they cared about us and our big day. We can't wait to continue working with them and see what the final result looks like!
