This is a good Chinese restaurant that gives you alot of food for the price you pay for it. The food was good quality and tasty. Decent prices as well. My only minor dissatisfaction was the level of heat in my general tsos chicken was not nearly as spicy as I was hoping.
I miss this kind of Chinese food in Atlanta. Got a pupu platter for 3 and a large pork fried rice. Everything was delicious and the whole family was stuffed when we left.
I just had the worst experience at the Jade Dragon since going there for five years. During that time I spent over $7k or more there only on debit card not cash or credit card according to bank register. I’m a field service technician. I got through my last call at Shaw’s Hudson, Mass and bought some items there. I asked for $20 cash back. I received it, the cashier circled it on the slip and I looked at the slip and the money then put it in my wallet. After doing some paperwork in my van I drove to home and went to the Jade for one Mai Tai. When done I take out the twenty I received at Shaw’s and put it on the bar. I received $4 change for a $6 Mai Tai when I gave the bartender Robin a twenty. I showed her the slip from Shaw’s. I argued with her and Wing at the front desk. All I got was come back tomorrow after we cash out. This is towards a patron who spent over $7k over five years on my debit card excluding cash and credit cards. So I went home and copied my slip from Shaw’s and the search of my online bank register which shows I’ve spent over $7k there in five years and printed them. I marched right back there with this printed info and demanded my $10 back. I waited until they closed, gave them the printed info and told them I’ll be having a smoke and a soda outside until they cash out. After a bit the bartender Robin came out and gave me my $10 and said, “Here’s your $10 since you made such a fuss.” Ready? I told her I don’t lie and she recanted that she doesn’t either. No sorry, no apology. I may drink too much but there are two things I loth; being told I’m a lair and stealing from me. I am kind and honest to the core so these are severe violations. Don’t know if Robin did it on purpose but her response at the time at the bar was confrontational as if I’m a liar and her response when I returned and got the $10 was unbelievable. No apology, no remorse, Robin’s right. Bobby’s not going there anymore and will tell as many people as possible about this. As regular do you really think I would lie for $10 after spending $7k+ over ten years? Really??????????????
I ordered when I got there. The food was ready in 10 minutes. After sitting in the bag for 15 minutes I put hot food on our plates. It was really good. Thank you for cooking!
