This is first class BBQ.

Phil really cares about his product and it shows.

The ribs are smoky, succulent and very nicely dry rubbed.

The sausage is truly exceptional. It is hot beautifully smokey and possibly with some kind of a glaze that puts it into a whole nother category..

This place would do just fine in Texas, which says a lot.

Fantastic food at a fantastic price. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is lack of selection. I understand having a smaller menu and doing it better, but that needs to be balanced out. I have a friend I cannot go here with because he can't eat meat, other barbecue restaurants in the area have a larger selection of sides that he could order. However, if you are a meat eater like me, absolutely try this place out!

Just delicious barbecue. Great for takeout, but there is a nice little lawn area with picnic tables as well. Highly recommend the burnt ends with one of their homemade sauces.
