I like the food at Arby's and would have rated the one I visited 4 stars, but the service on the day I was there was... annoying. The barely trained, inexperienced cashier was no where to be found when the people in front of me tried to order. The manager was frantically trying to fill orders while screaming for the cashier who eventually buzzed to come in from outside. The manager, meanwhile, sent the folks in front of me to the drive through cashier so I followed. But by the time we got up to that cashier he said to go back to the other guy who was now back at his post and had a line of people waiting to give their order. So we had to get in the back of that line. *sigh* I realize that this isn't going to happen every time -at least I hope not! - so I will go back there. It was just another annoying incident on a day full of annoyances.
Food is great everyone is really nice and we got to enjoy the sun with their outdoor seating! Never have an issue with this restaurant and my food is always fresh and made to order ????
We went to one of the stand alone restaurants and I was surprised how much they have been remodeled into more of a higher end type restaurant and doesnt look or feel like a fast food place. They still have all the older favorites on the menu but also some great new additions. I had the gyro and my husband had the Reuben we were both impressed.
Love Arby's! Didn't realize we had one in our area and now that I know we'll definitely be back! Good food and friendly service.
No photos this time. Got the double reuben and was quite satisfied. I've been having Ruben's in other places, like real delis, for years, and this was as close to perfect as you'll get from a fast food restaurant. The sauce was tasty, the bread was grilled well, and the sauerkraut wasn't sour or bitter. I would eat that sandwich again.
