    Always a treat to visit Crane. The orange beef was amazing. The pad thai was not my favorite by far.

    This place was great.

    It's pretty rare to find a fusion place that does the discrete elements of the cuisines they're putting together properly, in my experience- but Crane pulls it off.

    Absolutely THE best Chinese restaurant, not just in New Hampshire, but in the entire US of A. The food is much lighter than the traditional fare that passes for Chinese everywhere else. A small restaurant but the chef (who I believe is the owner) pays special attention to the preparation of each and every dish. Try the lamb dishes for a special treat. I would give this place 10 stars if I could
