New Pho Restaurant

I went to New Pho Restaurant yesterday with my wife, not sure what to expect, since this is a newly opened Vietnamese & Korean restaurant in Nashua, NH. The staff were very pleasant, courteous & we were promptly seated. But we were very surprised at the big city, elevated quality of the 2 dishes & appetizer we ordered. The shrimp salad with shredded cabbage & chicken, had the most delicious brine sauce and the split, barbequed pork chop served over rice with sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, was not only generous with its portion, but very carefully prepared and cooked perfectly, being both succulent & very flavorful. The food presentation was top shelf and some customers seemed to be picking up their orders as we sat and dined. So please, support this new local Asian restaurant & don't just walk to New Pho, run (or at least drive carefully) and try what has to be some of the most authentic and best Vietnamese cuisine you will find anywhere around. Five stars (easy.)

Me and my family ate hear today and I have to say that the Pho was AWESOME. The service was fantastic and the prices are great. I will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely wonderful; from the music to the food as well as the phenomenal staff, this place was overall my number 1 new spot to eat. It felt so welcoming and such a lovely environment to be at! The food was the best I’ve had in a long long time as well 🤩 Will definitely add this to my favorite places to go to 🤩
