    We came when the store was about to close in 10 minutes after a long day of shopping. Not only did we feel welcomed and quickly served, but the workers were do helping in explaining various orders. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such incredible customer service when, understandably, the workers surely wanted to go home. Props to your staff. Keep up the good work.

    The Amherst street Panera is usually above average as Panera's go. Been there several dozen times. Try to avoid the rush hours or order ahead.

    The baked goods are great. My wife and I love their warm chocolate chip cookies. The regular food items are just ok. The portion sizes are small considering the prices charged.

    Improve customer service. Clean dining area and super fast service. Reasonable portion sizes; but if you haven't been for a while you may be surprised how much smaller they are. Tasty comfort food in a nice environment good for lunch.
