Papa John's Pizza

Hit or miss. The food is usually good but the wait for pickup orders always exceeds the quoted time, sometimes by a ridiculous difference. Tonight was the worst. My 20 minute wait was an hour.

Stopped in for a couple pizzas for dinner. I've tried a lot of different places, and this pizza ranks up there at the top of the list. Overall the pizzas were delicious, served hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and the product was prepared quickly. My only problem was there isn't a Papa John's in my town. I have to drive to the city.

We don't have Papa John's often but today I received a text message for their Valentine's day Heart shaped pizza with a dessert. So, okay, something fun let's do it. Tell me how you forget the pizza?? I cannot make this up. They forgot the pizza. They did fix it and were apologetic but apparently we weren't the only ones having messed up orders tonight because the girl behind the counter was running around apologizing to everyone who came in or called in. They were busy. 3 employees clearly were not enough for for this special.
