Their team members are always in a great mood, engaging with customers and they make their drinks on point. Be mindful when placing online orders. Sometimes they get left behind in the bustle of business. It took a total of 30 minutes from the time of order to the time I was walking out the door with my coffee.

(August 7, 2020, 7:08 pm)When I have the time, I drive from my house in northern Lowell to come to this Starbucks since the only one in Lowell that isn't on the umass campus is in a Target. This Starbucks consistently makes incredible drinks. Always on point. The staff is efficient and friendly no matter when I come. Great social distancing practices. Worth the drive when I'm craving a Starbucks- specific beverage!
