WELL EARNED 5 STARS. The manager runs it like a local Mom & Pop shop. Very pleasant service. Great prices for a wide range of healthy food. My new go-to over Chipotle. Highly recommended.

I had a meeting at Wrap City in Concord for lunch. It was packed at noon when I arrived and Martha the Owner was at the check out/ordering station and was like a machine!!! She was running TWO cash registers at once so customers did not have to wait to have their order taken while another customer signed their receipt. Then I wondered how when it was so packed I would know if my order was ready but she grabbed my name off my card so when they called my name I knew it was me! Martha pays attention to the little details and LEADS BY EXAMPLE! She knows customers by name, she engages with everyone in the store and was super amazing!! As an HR professional I can say it is amazing to see an Owner/Manager hustling hard in the trenches with her staff ensuring customer satisfaction! Then after the meeting took almost 3 hours of me occupying a table she brought me and my guests warm cookies!!! Honesty the above and beyond service was so refreshing. Not to mention the music is off the hook!!!! Thank you for a STELLAR first experience and GREAT food Martha and team!

This restaurant is amazing. It was a little bit of a wait, but so worth it. You must try their honey mustard, it is the best and tastes amazing on their chips. I came with my family and everyone loved it. The food tastes amazing and is nice and fresh. The place was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this and will be coming back.

We've been dying to try the new Wrap City in Concord. Today was our lucky day! Boy oh boy were we lucky, the staff was beyond great and the food was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to come back! I just want one of everything!

Great wraps at a reasonable price. The portion size is more than enough for a lunch sandwich.The menu on the wall is vast . It makes sense to get a take out menu for the next visit. It will save time when deciding what to order, so you don’t hold up people in line. I highly recommend you try them out. You won’t be disappointed. Better yet, go on line and decide before you get there.
