Barrel & Baskit

I have first hand witnessed the effort and energy Beth and her team have poured into this place this year. It is unbelievable what they have accomplished and it looks fantastic!

Barrel & Baskit has brought fresh new life into the community - oh and of course the food is wonderful. From the meal kits to breakfast sandwiches, I love bringing friends and family to Barrel & Baskit.

Breakfast burrito was very good, as were the fresh donuts. The store side of the business had a good selection of beers and other items, but it seemed like they were still working on how to setup the shelves to add more inventory. Great location, very nicely done interior, plenty of tables. Tons of potential to add even more items/prepared foods like the very popular Brownsville Butcher.

This place has bomb breakfast sandwiches! The donuts were amazing too. Everyone is super friendly as well

Absolutely incredible breakfast sandwiches for unbeatable prices (I got an egg & cheese and a lavender ginger scone that was still warm when they put it in the bag for me for $7.) Cute shop with lots of food items from local businesses and a mini grocery area. Fridge with easy take-home-bake style meals, and excellent service.

Stopped in today for a sandwich and was incredibly pleased. The turkey club was absolutely fantastic! Had a nice conversation with the owner and they seem incredibly passionate to be bringing something new and cool to Hopkinton. They have a great craft beer selection, great sandwiches, and amazing pre made meal options. Stop in and give it a chance so they can continue to grow and bring great food and drink offerings to Hopkinton!
