The New London Inn

Always a great dinner. Love the Cod with crispy leeks. Husband thought the Halibut was very good.

Words cannot describe my gratitude to Emma at the New London Inn. I called her very late last night for help and even though I was a total stranger to her and not a guest, she graciously and with a full heart offered to help me. She picked me up on the roadside when USAA was unable to send a tow truck (my car hit a deer) and brought me to safety. I am safe at home with my family because of Emma. Thank you for this random act of kindness. I will never forget.

Classic New England Inn. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was that internet service was so slow as to be barely usable. Excellent breakfast (included). I'd certainly stay here on any trip to area (unless internet stays this bad, but others tell me it's not usually like this, so maybe a bad access point).

Biggest shout out to Jenna and Dan , we are Vermont residents heading home from Boston Children's Hospital, and we got caught tonight in the wake of Bruce, a winter storm now impacting the north East, these lovely people stayed here at the Inn to make sure we could get into our room, and made us beyond comfortable, including warming up my granddaughter dinner at 11pm at night, kindest of people and we thank you for your generosity and kindness in the wake of mother nature's winter storms, we appreciate that you stayed for us, praying that you both made it home safely, thank you , Brenda Vaughan, Megan Vaughan, Aurora H,????
