    Coffee is always at the boiling point. They never have your first choice of donut. I'm from the old times when each store had it's own baker. Never ran out of your favorite. Now they are too "corporate".

    Great service. With new management, they're always out of creamers and sugar packets.today is 4/23. Will not get these products in til 4/29. How basic are sugar packets and creamers? Definitely someone needs to be trained in ordering procedures.
