Foundation Kitchen and Bar

We had an excellent meal tonight! The atmosphere was relaxing. Service was excellent. We had some yummy Cocktails, then apps and dinner. Cauliflower app and guacamole dip were fantastic. Everyone loved their dinner- there's a choice for everyone on the menu. All four of us split one yummy dessert. Definitely going again as this place stands out if you are looking for creative delicious fresh food.

Best steak I’ve ever had. Our server had a GREAT personality but I think was over worked. She was behind the bar a lot and we waited a lot. Our food was hot when it came out tho, and it was all very very good. I’ve paid a lot more for steak and have never had one cooked to my liking (rare) and with such amazing flavor.

Me and my husband tried this place for the first time on a Friday night. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Service was great and our waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the scallop appetizer, loved it. I had the gnocchi and was worried it wouldn't fill me up but it was more than enough. Hubby had the burger medium rare, which actually came medium rare :) We eat out regularly and were surprised how inexpensive it was for having an appetizer, meals and two rounds of drinks. All and all it was a great experience. Looking forward to going back.

Five of us went for an early dinner on a Saturday night in December. I used to enjoy Halligan’s tavern very much, and I wanted to check out the new place.

It’s a much different vibe, more of a modern American restaurant with is fine by me.

The food and drinks were really good. I was drinking the blueberry pie cocktail all night, and for dessert I had probably the best espresso martini I’ve ever had.

We ordered the pork belly lettuce wraps and the arrancini to share. Both delicious but small.

My entree was a half chicken which had an amazing herbed spaetzle on the side. My only complaint is that the chicken needed some more seasoning, maybe some salt. There were no salt and pepper shakers on the table.
We split an apple crisp and a carrot cake for dessert.

Service was great, and the place really filled up at the end. I’d definitely go back.

They have a huge bar area and really unique, inspired mixed drinks. The bartenders were super attentive and really friendly. We got the aranchini and fries that were amazing. Overall great first visit.
