Service was slow. Girl had hard time. Making my order. And had to go back have her fix how hard is it reg coffee lil extra cream and sugar

I’m not certain why this location doesn’t have 5 out of 5 stars. (^_^) The folks who work here are genuine, welcoming, kind, and friendly. It has been several years since I have consistently been able to have a great latte, macchiato, iced beverage, or other wise. The Derry location has nailed it! I couldn’t be more delighted. You walk I to this location and are greeted exuberantly by many of the staff. You can see the organization and hard work that goes into each of the products they prepare. I couldn’t be more pleased as a consumer to frequent this store. My deepest gratitude for all of your hard work and smiles. Rae~

They were closed by 5 pm on New Year’s Eve even though the timings on the door indicated 6 PM. This is a major problem with Starbucks locations in this area, they never follow the timings put up on the google maps / even their own website. It’s disappointing that I expected atleast new locations to do better.

Friendly staff, very open atmosphere, seems like plenty of room in the drive through for cars. Great addition to Derry.
