(June 23, 2019, 11:22 pm)Is Prime Pizza under new ownership now? Completely new staff but same menu. And the pizza I've been ordering for years just wasn't the same. It was just average. I've always gotten excellent pizza there, but today I was a little disappointed. It tasted like a frozen premade crust and the toppings were a little skimpy. I'm really hoping this was maybe an off day?

(January 15, 2019, 9:48 pm)I've been coming to Prime for years. I really love their pizza but mostly I go there because of the great customer service. I remember one time where I ordered multiple pizzas and they apologised profusely because they "overcooked" one and wanted to redo it. They asked me if I wanted the "overdone" pizza free of charge... I said yes and when I got home and took a look at it, yeah it was a little more done than the rest but honestly it wasn't burnt in any way and any other pizza company would have charged me and not said a word.
