Dunkin'

This is my favorite Dunkins I've ever been too. They have the best crew I've ever encountered. They always stay friendly and professional even during high demand times.

I had to place an order for about 19 office co-workers this morning at the last minute and went in with my list of who wanted what. The Dunkin Donuts on Lafayette Road was busy as per usual in Hampton on a lovely beach day. I was greeted kindly and the cashier was very patient while placing my rather larger order, asking questions as needed. A grumpy woman behind me was annoyed that there was only one cash register open and it was clear that all staff was very busy at their jobs, in fact, very busy, and attending also to the drive thru and rest of the walk-in customers. She demanded they open another register for her. A staff member informed her they could not open another one as there was no cash in the other drawer. The grumpy woman was not happy to have to wait and she yelled at the girl and called her rude and stormed off. Those in line, rolled their eyes at the rude woman and waited their turn. I placed the order and prepared to wait...but I had my order in under five minutes! Wonderful job! The staff was nothing but courteous and helpful. I wanted to say thank you to them and also for keeping their composure while a woman yelled at them in outrage over having to wait her turn. Life is full of mishaps and unexpected things sometimes. I applaud the Hampton branch of Dunkin Donuts for making the donuts, coffee, egg wraps...and keeping their "coolatta".

Friendly staff, the college kids were particularly personable!

Always have the best food. Everything always tastes fresh. Workers are all great !
